The Library reading room has multiple facilities to cater to all levels of readers and to support reading environment. Open Reading areas for students who prefer to sit in open reading space with others; individual study carrel for students who don’t prefer distraction and also would like to use their laptop ; group study room for students who want to study in a group especially working on projects or group activity; coffee shop for late evening tea/ coffee supply inside the library; bookshop to promote reading of books at a good discount.
The reading room is open from morning 7 am to 9.00pm on normal days and from 7.00am to 2.00am during examination and reading time; and is also open from 7.00am to 3.00pm on Sundays or holidays.
